Parking A head
This head is a protest against the anti-car movement. I am not against public transport, quite the contrary; I use it and enjoy it a lot when it is safe and convenient to do so. But I also like my car and I do believe in free choice.
Parking ahead means let us live and park comfortably and reasonably. Parking A head means per head, ie: supply more parking places rather than reducing their numbers. Unfortunately, so far, my head did not win the day and a few years later Congestion Charge was introduced in London, roads were closed or narrowed and motorists have become the cash cows filling governments' coffers... polystyrene head, pins, miniature signs and cars
