eres = heresארס = הרס(venom = destruction)When my nephews were young, I made pine boards with nails for them and together we used to make shapes winding wool around those nails. Some time later, I found this board when I was looking for something else and decided to use it as it was, without moving any of the nails. The result was these two words in Hebrew that, when changing only one letter, have a very different meaning: eres (venom) = heres (destruction). They aptly describe what I saw happening, when venom took hold of some people around me, leading to overwhelming destruction, the extent of which, I don't believe, they themselves fully comprehend yet.
